Report Purchase Terms

These terms apply when you purchase a single property valuation report from DFP Enterprises, LLC (operator of The Practitioner Multiplier℠) through the consumer checkout. They apply in addition to the platform Terms of Use, which govern all users; where the two differ for a single consumer report, the points below control.

1. What you are buying

A one-time, computer-generated residential valuation report for a single property address you submit, with a confidence meter beside the number. You are not creating an account, joining a brokerage tenant, or subscribing to anything ongoing.

2. What this report is — and is not

  • It is a computational estimate to support your own decision-making.
  • It is not an appraisal and is not prepared by a licensed appraiser under USPAP.
  • It is not a broker price opinion, mortgage, lending, investment, tax, or legal decision, and not a substitute for professional advice.
  • It does not create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and DFP Enterprises, LLC or any agent.

3. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because the report is produced on demand from paid data sources, a completed report is non-refundable. If a report cannot be produced for your address, contact us at the email below and we will refund that purchase.

4. Your data and consent

To run your report we collect your name, email, and the property address you submit, and we process public records and licensed property data for that address. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, retention, and your deletion choices. Two consent choices apply at checkout:

  • Report generation (required) — you authorize us to generate a valuation for your address using third-party property data.
  • Agent contact (optional) — only if you opt in, a licensed agent may contact you about this property. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your report.

We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party marketers. De-identified property facts may be retained as aggregate market intelligence per the Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy and your responsibility

The report reflects available data and methodology rules at the time it runs. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on and for any decision you make. The report is illustrative and educational.

6. Warranties and liability

THE REPORT IS PROVIDED AS-IS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A REPORT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT REPORT.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Ohio.
